Conflicted, 2016-present
“Conflicted” is a growing series of etchings that is heavily influenced by Francisco de Goya’s “Disasters of War” series and currently includes 13 plates (12 shown below). Each laser-etched plate features imagery derived from video stills of current Middle Eastern conflicts from videos uploaded to social media outlets.
All 13 plates will be featured in an upcoming exhibition, Various Positions, at the Coop Gallery in Nashville, TN, Jan. 7 - Jan 28, 2017.
Select editions can be purchased from The Framemaker Gallery, Clarksville, TN. Net proceeds from each edition will be donated to the International Rescue Committee.
